Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking and no payment is taken through the enquiry form. Before any commitment, RESERVD will share the arrangements, payment terms and cancellation conditions applicable to your request. Please review those terms before accepting a proposal or making a payment.
Before a booking is confirmed
Any payment or reservation request will be accompanied by the terms applicable to that specific proposal. Availability, supplier holds and any applicable service charges will be explained before you proceed.
After confirmation
Cancellation or amendment requests may be subject to the cancellation rules and charges of each hotel, airline, event organiser, ticketing service, transport provider or other supplier, as well as applicable payment processing charges. The terms communicated with your confirmed booking govern.
Event postponement or cancellation
Options for an event postponement or cancellation are subject to the event organiser's and ticket provider's policies. The impact on other package components is determined by their respective supplier terms. RESERVD will communicate material changes and the options available under those terms.
Flights and accommodation
Flight changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage and schedule changes are subject to airline fare conditions. Hotel changes, cancellations, refunds and room availability are subject to the confirmed accommodation provider's policy.
Refund timing and service fees
Where a refund is available under the applicable terms, its amount and expected processing route will be explained. Any RESERVD service fee and whether it is refundable will be stated in the written proposal before payment. No blanket or unconditional refund is promised by this general page.
Contact and legal review
Contact the RESERVD concierge with a question about a specific proposal. This draft must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and completed with the applicable supplier and jurisdiction-specific terms before bookings or payments are accepted.
